Okay~ thin the paints. I've been playing around with the paint trying to get the right consistency, so I still need to work on that too. Goodness! There's so much involved in dollies!

Well I'm really happy today cause I got my paycheck in and now I can afford to buy another Obitsu
Gonna get a 21cm male, he already has a name and I've already made him goodies~
I was looking around the house for more Steampunk bits and doll sized accessories, when I remembered I had these tools laying around from years ago! So I put together this tool belt in about an hour and a half and fixed up this lantern for my new boy (which I still need to buy) His name is Aiden (or it will be) and I will spoil him so much.

If you decide you don't want to do eyes and eyebrows, there are really good decals for Obitsu that Junkyspot carries too. I think you are doing fine with faceups, just offering ideas. Your steampunk outfits are gorgeous!

I've looked at the decals before and they are really nice, though with the heads I have I'm not sure how great they'll work, especially with the Aries head on my male Obitsu, since they both have shaped eyes.

Found this girl at the thrift store the other day ago. She had really cruddy factory faint with blue eyes and a purple raccoon mask of make-up. I mean... I'm not against blue eyes (I have blues eyes) but... she's more of an ethnic doll, and every Barbie under the sun has blue eyes already. So! This is what I did to her~ and I'm much happier about this face-up than the previous ones I've done. I did her hair too. It was sticky... and it wouldn't wash out, thus using the ickiness of her hair to my advantage, I styled it like such~





And hooray hooray! My nine new Barbies from Ebay came today! And my goodness are they a mess. I have a lot of work cut out for me to get them prettied up and looking nice. It'll be a challenge since I specifically bought the lot listed "Barbies with bad haircuts".

Wonderful surprise today! HE CAME!!! My new baby is here! Aiden!!! I didn't expect him for another week and he's here! I shrieked with joy when my dad called me upstairs and handed me the package and then I squeeeed the whole time unwrapping and putting his head, wig, and body together. Aiden is so adorable I can't stand it! He's so small and petite~ XD and his head is really big, bigger than I thought it would be, so he has a more Manga/Anime look about him.



His head is so big! It's almost three times the size of Cainna and Eliss' heads, but don't they look like a cute little family together? I can't wait to get out my sewing supplies and dress him up!
