Yes, I know some of the red dye got on her plastic. I am en route to fixing it. It's ok, I've got it under control.

Everytime I think I have a plan for Ghoulia, it careens off course while painting. Now wth am I going for? Dead punk ghost zombie...girl? I don't know, I just suddenly decided to try dying her hair with red fabric paint and it WORKED. Which makes me happy. Once it's dry and problems are fixed I will continue her face.

that's why I tend to draw out all my face ups before I do them, that way I can work out what I want on paper before I mess with the doll.

A pearl finish would have a cloudy dead eye cataracts look.

What would be a pearl finish? I have limited paint suplies so I'm wondering is that, or could it work, white paint mixed in gloss?

You can get pearl finish acrylic in a bottle, I have Delta, and it just gives a see-thru pearl sheen to anything you paint it on.

Totally forgot about the Nefera I ordered on Amazon. She's here! Cool beans. Unfortunately, I ordered her before I realized that I'd be jobless again for a few days, and fighting to get my damn paychecks from my job... so now I'm kinda kicking myself and having a bit of buyer's remorse.... At least it was a nice surprise to have. And she's really pretty. I don't actually regret getting her, but weighing it against my priorities, I'm kinda going "dammit"

I randomly went to walmart today, and I think a whole pallet of MH crap got there yesterday or something. The whole shelves were almost full. None of the ones I really wanted though. xD I picked up a basics Abbey and an Operetta, one for a friend...but now she doesn't want it. lol Oh well.

Also same walmart no longer has a place for the bw SS frankies. ;( I guess I missed my chance.
