I think Disney might not "mess up" Star Wars outside of more merchandizing. As it's already established with a super strong fan base they really don't have to do anything. They've done okay handling the Muppets they own, except for not releasing more seasons of the Muppet Show :/ A good line of 12" figures would be nice, I know someone who'd like a Lea with brushable hair to hang out with Princess Jasmine.

I'm wondering how posable those princesses are, or you could put the head on an Obitsu. Being that toy season is upon us I'd recommend buy anything the moment you see it and worry about keeping the cat off later.

As far as i can tell, these dolls don't have legs. Their dresses are designed to make them stand. They seem to have a standard shoulder joint for the arms and I think the head can turn. That'd be an interesting swap; these Princess heads on a large scale Obitsu. :P Hubs had to put a stop to all purchases for awhile, unfortunately. :/ Unless I can harass a family member for Bell, I don't see myself getting her now. =_=

All toy licenses are going to stay in place like they did for Marvel so I really don't see anything different coming out in the doll/figure realm. It isn't like there are any DS exclusive Marvel figures. (Which is a shame since I would have loved if they had made 1/6 scale figures with removable outfits and armor and stuff. Kinda like the Hot Toys ones but play quality like GI Joes.)

If Hot Toys made it then it's okay for moderate adult play, it's Medicom figures you need to be cautious of. Yeah they fixed my RAH's arms and guess what broke again? Serious design flaw. I hardly pose my Phantom because I'm worried he might break. The only other brand I've managed to hurt are Volks.

There have been Spidey dolls in the past you could change between his clothes and suit but play quality can sometimes limit the movement. Unless you specifically want Tobey Maguire's head you can make any figure with great movement in to Spider-Man. At present I'm using a Barack Sergeant body and he fits a loose 1/6 scale Spidey suit I picked up online several years ago.

Big Disney Princess dolls for the Holidays. I got super excited. They did Bell, Ariel, Cinderella, and Rapunzel but... she looks very creepy compared to the other girls. Rob looked them up and they seem to be a TRU exclusive. They were about $40 and I ALMOST walked out with Bell but Rob made a good point: our cat.

Ug. Until I find a spot where the cat wont touch her, I can't buy her yet >_<

Oooh, nice! Was there an Aurora?

Also, where can I buy Rapunzel online? My sister would love one!

:c I don't believe they made an Aurora, unfortunately. This whole line of decorative dolls seems very limited. When my husband did a quick search to learn more about them, he saw TRU selling them on ebay.

Hmmm...I checked TRU site and also eBay but didn't see them at either place. Maybe I missed them? I looked under 'Disney Princess doll' 'Disney Princess Holiday Doll' 'Rapunzel Holiday Doll' and 'Rapunzel doll' but nothing came up.

Do you have a link? If not, I'll keep trying! ^^ Thanks, Catshem-san!

And TRU's regular site has category and theme menus, you can just click on DIsney Princesses. Don't forget to check the Disney Store website and see what they have going. I scored half off my box o'Princesses when I ordered on Thanksgiving Day.
