Dip the hands in some simmering water, Lamia. That's how I fixed my first Clawd's hands. Just make sure you don't walk away from the water, and don't let them touch the bottom of the pot, or they might melt.

He's very nice looking. I could get tempted...if I hadn't spent so much on kitty girls.

My Clawd arrived today as well. His hair is a gat-dang hot mess... I really think Mattel's quality control people need to step up their game. He's also got this weird brown spot at the top of his forehead that looks like a bruise, and a dent in his forehead from the sunglasses. On the one hand, I know what he does for a living... he's a street fighter. On the other, it's kind of disappointing that I paid for damaged goods.

Edit: Also: those of you with this Clawd that still has his jacket? That little lapel pin sewn in makes a perfect pinky ring for him, though you have to wedge it on a bit.

This is why I like to buy them in the stores... so I can pick the one without any visible imperfections.

When you buy online, you just get whichever one they threw in the box for you. :|

Combing the hair on mine revealed a rat-tail from a shoddy rooting job. XD

Has anybody found a Ken/action figure body that's the same shade as Clawd? I really want to rebody the loose one I picked up(but suspect that there will be chopping and reassembling in his future if that is to happen). I'd much rather find a nice body in the right color.

Try the SiS guy by Mattel. I think he's their middle shade of AA like the werewolves. Might not have the same articulation tho.

Power Team Elite doesn't match, a shade too dark, and I don't have any other AA guys.

I think there has been an arti-Darren, but most of them have had 'normal' fashion doll bodies. Definitely worth a look.

Plastic Curves has new goodies! They're offering several new styles of tails, and a new male torso that's an original sculpt. It's more buff, so normal MH clothes might or might not still fit- really nice sculpt, though, and I could see pairing one with a set of the larger wings.Has anyone ordered from them yet? I'd really love to hear a buyer's opinion.

Plastic Curves
http://www.plastic-curves.com/fashion-doll-scale.html

"Male Torso V2" is interessting because it's not like a Mattel body converted over for use with CAMS like the "Sisters" bodies but totally resculpted :O I wonder what he can wear. He's too beefy for the standard stuff
"Standard clothes will probably fit a bit tight. Because the wing sockets were moved, the normal hole placement in the clothes won't work for him. This torso will likely need custom made clothing or clothes from a similarly sized alternate doll line."
