I saw pictures and they look nice, definitely agree it's a mermaid. If anyone orders a box from somewhere like Entertainment Earth PM me, could be interested in splitting, I also have the Mystic and Nocturnal packs and some clothes.

I SOOOOOO want that Harpy. I'm not sure about the mermaid set though. I'm just not a mermaid fan.

I like the harpy alot. Not so fond of the the siren/mermaid, but I really like her wig. The ice girl/blob girl set looks like it'll be really neat when it comes out.

Catrine is probably gonna be a Wal-Mart exclusive, AND she's an artist (I'm probably behind the times, but, oh well. Love the chalks pouch). I'm loving the new art revealed of her, and she's probably going on the want list next to Jenafire. Though next I need to find a Lagoona I can be happy with. The only one I truly like with no mods is the School's Out, and she was just so expensive. That, and all dollieh monies are now going towards another project.

Also, found Nefera at my K-mart today!!!! Hubby seen her just sitting randomly on a shelf. I just had to get her, even though we really weren't gonna buy anymore for a while (Scaris). Haven't gotten home to open her yet, but I think I'm gonna have a lot more fun sewing for her than the main ones. I just get WAAAAY too frustrated when working on them. Our poor Dot Dead Spectra, she's the only one of ours that isn't in a "day to day" wear... well, her and Cleo, but Cleo has no clothes, so....

Don't tell me Catrine is an artist... But I have other art supplies so I won't be Jonesing. My resolution is to no longer buy Monsters online, unless it's a pre order from the store thing, because I've been having great shelf luck I've passed up due to already having them. :/ Know what I mean?

If anyone has my pattern book and Nefara I'd be curious to see what alterations would need to be made to fit her. I don't plan on getting one, or a Howleen, and changing the book.

Love the wigs, not sure if I like the rest of it. I'll have to see better photos. The colors on the siren are a little flashy for me.

Whoah! Check out the art on the Skelita box!

Google-fu: Link to the pics.
I really like them all. Lots of people think Howleen looks like she's in pajamas, but I don't see it. She looks like the girls from those hip-hop dance films, like Step-Up, IMO. I love Robecca's top hat too. May wait on her instead of getting her basic. I'll have to see better pics of Lagoona and Operetta before deciding on their outfits... They're supposed to be hitting shelves this year.

Also, I'm in love with my Nefera. Though the hubby had to touch-up her eyes, her left eye was set too far inward. I can't believe how much bigger she is! I kinda really want another and a Bloodgood now for some customs. And I got off my butt and finished Spectra an outfit. Now I must clean before taking pics. It's amazing how not working on it for a month or two had taken it from "throw it across the room" frustrating to "This is fun!" again. :D

And I totally agree with you DollyKim, about waiting for them in stores. My stores have had great selections the past few weeks.

Ahh a new howleen!! I was really down that I didn't pick her up when she was released with Clawdeen, but it looks like now I (might) be able to find her! I also like Lagoona - I have a rule that I am getting only one doll of each character and I don't have her yet... Any idea when these are supposed to hit stores?:D

I've got that rule too, Sarah, but my problem with Lagoona is that I can't decided which one I want. I love her RollerMaze hair, but I hate the outfit (and that hand. GRRR at surfer hand!!!). School's Out Lagoona is really awesome, but she was going for like $50-$75 dollars. Skull Shores I liked, but could never find in stores when I had the money to buy her. Dot Dead is alright 'cause I've figured out how to fix her hair, but I like ours to have more "day-to-day" wear. Gah! It's almost like the universe is against me owning a Lagoona!
Also, Mattel is notorious for not sticking to release dates, so anytime between now and Christmas is when the Dance Class can come out.

Makes me wonder if some people wouldn't mind being designated shoppers for others. I know I can't get out as much as I'd like to look and when I do I find things I know people are looking for. Not like you couldn't resell if someone backed out.

Bah, now it looks like I'll have the CAM sets, the Headmistress (I have an HH history), and the artist cat on my list.
