Hmmm...not much is wowing me. I like a pair of shoes here and an outift there, but I'm just not in love with anything as a whole. I have yet to find a Lagoona that I like. Oh well...I guess my bank account is somewhat safe...for now.

I really like the first set, especially Draculaura and Spectra. I love Ghoulia's fashion pack (She finally gets pants again! ) and Spectra's as well. I really dislike gimicky stuff like the Ghouls Alive, but the swimsuits all look nice. I'm hoping with the new vanity and bed coming out they'll re-release all the Dead Tired dolls and sets (I want Draculaura's coffin!), but that's doubtful.
I need DC Howleen (Thanks to DollyKim's pics), but the others are passable, except maybe Operetta.

Is there any particular reason why no one's tried rooting the CAM heads? Is it because of the hard plastic cap thingy, or is the vinyl too thick or something? I've given up on the wig that came with my Vamp and I can't find a wig I like to replace it.

I watched the Ghouls Rule special today on Youtube (I have no cable, woooo netflix!)... I was kind of sad at the end because Jackson is getting it on with Claire instead of Frankie. BUT I'm even more sad because before Claire kissed him she made Holt change into Jackson. :< I'm sure it was meant as a "Jackson is more likable/tolerable than Holt" but you could easily take it as humans will only ever like/love humans.

Earlier in the anti-normie hubbub Manny Taur had told Jackson to Holt or Bolt, at the party Claire was one of the first to accept the monsters no matter who they were and she's made up a bit like a monster. I see it as her accepting both parts but of the two I'd kiss Jackson because he'd be more mature about it. Until he was in the human school Jackson seemed insecure about his normie side but once there he had to hide his monster side, at Monster High although Jackson is bullied a bit everyone now knows about his change. Abbey's Flying Fairy School on Sesame Street addressed mixed race pride in their Colonial Trollamsberg episode where half fairy half troll Blog learned that both sides of his family gave him something useful to help save the day.

Or Holt doesn't kiss girls.

Frankie needs to stay available for writing purposes I suppose. She got over the Skull Shores guy fast.

Yeah, I was pretty bummed that Andy (that was the purple guy right?) didn't remain a fixture of the series. He was super cute and they never really did explain who that chick that looked like Frankie was, or what happened to her. In the other movie(s?) you only ever see him in his giant form which doesn't really make sense since obviously no one has a problem with him...shabby writing, movie script guys!
I suppose continuity was a bit much to ask of them

They have If you leave the hard plate alone, you can root around it and do a ponytail/braid/bun/whatever.

I love Andy, he is adorable. ;3; I'm still hoping that they make a CaM of him. I liked Claire too, but they probably aren't going to do anything with her. I suppose that Mattel can't make every character into a doll. haha
I also thought that they were running out of creative designs, because the Vonhellscream girl looked a lot like a human Operetta. DollyKim, you are so right about his insecurities, that really makes him a likeable and relatable character and ironically more human.

Mattel also probably doesn't think adults will watch the series, so that's probably why there are a lot of continuity errors.
