I went and played around on the Makies site and made my own sculpt.. it was really fun! I didn't buy it though... but I am wondering; I had pulled the eyebrows pretty low, and it showed an unnatural crease (as if the skin under the eyebrow hairs were sagging!) I'm wondering if they fix that before its made... or is it just printed like that and sent out?

By the way, Ruva, LOVELY kimono you made!! It fits her so well, and she looks pretty happy showing it off x'D. Fantastic job!

Thanks guys :D Here's the tutorial I used. I'd like to add that I only used it as a guide I changed a little bit and had to improvise a little since the instructions weren't that clear.

Maybe it's just a a temporary glitch....but as far as I know, they print exactly what you make.

Salutations! I found out about the Dollieh Sanctuary through the Makies forum and decided to come check it out. My Makies tribe has gotten a little out of hand (now up to 7) so I really need to finish up the customization plans I have for them before allowing any new ones to join us.

Hello and welcome! What a good looking Makie family! Especially Tristan. Look at those cheeks, so cute and pinchable! I love Pears spikey wig, it gives her a lot of spunk. :D

Hi everyone! I'm Georgie and I work at Makies. In fact, I assembled the adorable Sybil <3

So if anyone has questions about them, i'm planning to be active on this forum in future!

And I can't resist pic spamming whatever I go, so here's my girls!

Woot! The Makie fams is growing! Georgie your girls are SO adorable. Here's a couple pics of Sybil :D the finished product! Sort of...I broke her arm. D: It's loose and can't hold its position, so I have to order a new one.

I liked how she evolved. Originally, I intended for her to be much softer. I wanted cute and shy, instead I got quite the haughty little Princess. I'm very happy with the end result though. Can't wait for Amelia to arrive ! :D

No fun box opening this time. I finished her faceup though. I like it, she just needs eyelashes and I'm wishing I'd ordered her with blue eyes.

I ordered my very first Makie this week! Her name is BerryLolly on the site, I think I'm planning on calling her Holly, and I'm really excited to get her. I'm not very good at face-ups though, and because of the 3D printed nature of the Makies, I really need to ask; what materials are best for working with for creating a face-up on these cuties?
