From a production POV the same body type makes complete sense. The less new molds you have to make the better, and MH would rather put that in to making new faces. Also one size of clothing that fits all is easier.

From a play POV it's more fun if your dolls can share clothes and shoes with each other.

Aaaaaargh, I knew I'd get that wrong somehow! You're absolutely right: Clawdia = big sister body, Clawdeen = regular body, Howleen = little sister body. Those three should be easy to find a reference photo of, I think.

I didn't know plastic-curves had quit making most of the torsos, but I'm not surprised. The jointed torso looks interesting, though.

Hunting on Amazon once I had info to search by shows them in a multi-pack with (I'm guessing) their sibling Clawd (I am trying so hard not to wince at the horribly punny names). It's out of my budget, but one doll at a time might be do-able. I'm hoping to wriggle Clawdia into next month's order (I have to get a level and a rake, for working on part of the back yard and trying to make foundation space for the Bunker), and then work my way down. I've decided to target the wolves... they seem to run cheapest for some reason, and the lack of ears on the side will actually make what I have in mind a bit easier. XD
