Lurking this forum seems to be a good motivational thing for me. :) I finally put a new face up on my Clawdeen. I'm glad it worked out so well. Her picture Here! Now to work on knitting her a dress.

Honestly I have not been too impressed with Tuesday Morning. I was looking forward to them opening here but other than the occasional odd cheap craft item they really don't have much in there that they'd want to buy very often. Their entire collection of dolls seems to be composed of 90% Madame Alexander 8" dolls and rarely do you see anything else. You get the odd collector's Barbie now and again but the prices aren't all that great. It's the same as retail at Target, Walmart, etc sometimes more.

Big Lots has been doing that a lot lately too. Selling dolls for near what they cost at the W/T stores or TRU, sometimes for more. Once in a while you find a good bargain but I can walk into our Tuesday Morning for months in look at the shelves and see the same dolls at the same high prices never moving until they finally have some major clearance sale. That's not a bargain store if you ask me.

The way to play Tuesday Morning is scan the top shelves kids can't reach and places where stuff might be hiding. I found the 1/6 scale 1922 Indian motorcycle for my dolls and a female Dragon brand doll at one (same store but years apart). There's been some useful scrapbooking stuff turn up too.

I also agree about Big Lots being on the pricey side for some things but right now my local ones can't get rid of Barbie Basics accessories. Outside of Power Team Elite and Kari Michel dolls come holiday time I've given up on finding toys there but have been occasionally surprised. Now is a good time to keep an eye out for Mattel stuff with Easter baskets and summer approaching.

Apparently, Tuesday evening is a good time to find Monsters at my local Walmart >_<

They had all the Skull Shores girls. (No Gil, though.)

I added Skull Shores Lagoona to my dollieh family:

>_> She has been renamed Viscera and I'm going to redo her lipstick in a color that is not neon pink...

Also, was someone here looking for Skull Shores Abbey? <_< I picked one up but I really only wanted her clothes.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

Got another confirmation about my TRU exclusive cat girl twins pre order so things look on track for them to be out by the end of the month. They retail for $35 so try not to get gouged.

My cat twins have been shipped, pics when they arrived.

Toysrus.com has Skull shores Abby, CAM sets, and other odds and sods in stock for delivery and store pick up. They're a bit slow on the shipping but it eventually gets there.
