Vintage Barbie assortment

Ok so I just got what I figure was a pretty good deal on some dolls at the antique show here. I have been really really out of touch with vintage Barbie stuff and these are all pretty damaged, so I wanted to check if anyone here knew anything I don't before I do any restorative or custom work on them. For $15, I got:
1962 black Solo in the Spotlight case with some fading and superficial dirt but no tears or breakage
two Kens, one brunette one black haired, both painted hair, stamped 1960, chipped paint and dirty
red/titan hair bend-knee Skipper, stamp 1963, dirty and has chunk out of knee, but head in very good shape
brunette Skooter, dirty and could probably use a rehair, also 1963 but on the original hard leg body
blonde Skipper, stamp 1963, bendy knee and I think she's Malibu Skipper? missing a foot
two random heads, one looks like a knockoff of original side-eye Barbie, other is stamped 1976 Mattel and has a very cute face but her hair is so dirty its hardened in shape.

The case is going to be a gift, so I'm just cleaning it gently. The dolls though, I was thinking about trying to fix the paint and rehair the ones that need it. I tried to check Ebay, but since all mine are nude and dirty its not very helpful.

Theres also for some reason a random assortment of bendy knee Barbie legs so uh, if anyones looking for that?

Clean the dolls up and post some pictures, someone here might be able to help figure out who they are. Even if we can't we still like to see them.

This is just a phone pic (my camera's battery died just as I tried to take one) but hopefully you can get a look at least. I'll try to take some better ones later. This is also pre-cleaning.

Now, I've already checked and so far found that the Skooter, while original, is very low in value in her current shape (she's missing a LOT of hair) so she's my first test subject. Almost all dirt has come off the others, including that nasty lipsticky mess on the one Ken. There's some little ink marks on the blonde Skipper but she's so cute otherwise. I can't get the gunk out of the Barbie head, though I did discover she's one of the curling ones (there's little copper wires in her hair). No clue what to do about that. It feels like the greasy glue that MH is notorious for.

Edit: Barbie is Golden Dreams Barbie, she's an 80s one. Any tips on how to clean her hair out?

(Obviously this was after the next pic)

This is how bad it was. Bristle stiff, rough, broken, and a lot of it missing around the sides.

That's her new color scheme. Going to fill it in a little more than she had originally.

Thats the one I really need help with. Its so gross and sticky.

Btw, if you're after heat resistant hair to root with, I seriously recommend Arda. A single pack of their 'short' length extensions is enough to do several 1/6 dolls, or about one and a half SD wigs (depending on how full you want it). You can pick apart the wefting to get the whole 18" length too. Texture wise its like slightly thicker kanekalon, soft and matte, and you can use hot irons or curling wands on it up to about 300F (I've tested up to 415 without melting, but 250-300 gives best results) and of course boiling works fine. And their colors are amazing. This green is a blend of white, robins egg blue, and bright green. I see that they now carry a shinier thicker hair too.

For Monster glue head I've rubbed baby powder in to their damp hair, let sit for awhile, and rinsed with cold water, repeat as needed. Style and set with elastic bands while wet and let dry.

Since Golden Dreams Barbie is from the 80s before Mattel started filling the heads with glue, the gunk is probably something else. I don't have any good advice on how to get it out, but hopefully this means it's not as impossible as with the modern head glue. :) But if you absolutely can't get it out, baby powder could make it better at least.

I've tried some vigorous shampooing with dish soap and soaking in conditioner to at least get it detangled. Kind of afraid to start trying any kind of solvent because of the wires in her hair. They're in decent shape (unlike the last Quick Curl I found) and I'd really like to keep her as original as possible.
