Are these real Hasbro.. or not?

Yeah, I recently went yardsaling and found a bag full of acting figures... well, their heads were chewed on by a small, hopefully non human animal but for a dollar they seemed good customizing fodder.
Well in it were two molded shirt guys and this nude one. Picking the only intact one I gave it to Spud.... The nude one though was exactly like Spud's old clone body except had two non gimpy arms and a non gimpy leg. So with a spot of swapping I got one good clone body and another... not so good. Also was this other Hasbro body...
Though I do ask, are these actually Joe clones or not since, asides from screws/plastic quality/ etc they're pretty damn close mold wise.
Even the leg molds are the same...
Though lack of any markings and the amount of screws make me believe it's a clone.
And these hands can't bend...
And unlike the two with hasbro on their asses, these necks can only tilt up and down.
Anywho, a bit of help since this is one of the first times actually owning a Hasbro GI Joe as opposed to Action Man...
