Nice job. I really like the girl that's sitting. She looks really cute. Maybe it's the big hat :)

Thanks DA. The girl sitting is Judy Garland from the Wizard of Oz.

The reroot really changed Judy, never would have recognized her!

Thanks Dollykim. Her head was full of glue and as hard as a rock.

I hate those, it's part of what turns me off from doing more rerooting than I do.

I'm just curious, how do you fix that? Soak them in water for a long time?

I pour hot water in the neck hole, let it sit in a bowl in the water, and pull the goo out with long tweezers. Just keep changing the water and keep scraping :/

I cut off all the hair off. Then soak the head in hot water. Next I take my hemostat forceps and remove the hair and glue. (repeat the soaking in hot water )
After I remove all the hair and glue. I take a Q- tip and dip it in "Goo Gone" and wipe the inside of the doll's head.

Oh, goo gone is a good idea. But it sounds time consuming. But once they are rerooted, they are so beautiful.
