Heritage Doll Project

Walkercolours did a series of BEAUTIFUL dolls based on her own DNA heritage, and the idea stuck with me. I'd had my own DNA checked as part of a 23&Me study, and to be blunt, I'm pretty much Blatantly White. There were some surprises, and as 23&Me updates, I'm sure I'll be getting more surprises. I'll try and use rescue dolls (in other words, dolls that come from thrift stores, Goodwill, and the like) wherever I can, and I'll be sewing all the clothes myself. I have an idea for some of the dolls already, but you'll have to tune in to see how things unfold!
