i finally gathered the courage to attempt to rework my KOTOBUKIYA To Heart 2 Tamaki Kosaka's head to fit the new OBITSU 26, an irreversible procedure that required removal of the neck pin that was designed to interface with the old OBITSU 27's neck shaft.

i had to scratchbuild a mounting peg of sorts, in order to make a solid union between Tamaki's head cavity and the existing OBITSU 26's neck post, but i think it all turned out fabulously;

Wow. The newer bodies have actual feet now?

Also, I envy your resourcefulness.

i know, right? that alone was a long-standing personal pet peeve with the older OBITSU standard in general, to say nothing of the bevy of other proportional issues
all shared by the pre-2017 21/23/24/27cm. OBITSU designs...

I see they've really changed how the knees look when the doll's standing, too. Both mine have a knee cap showing.

Is she difficult to dress with her hair?

a bit, though i'm rather used to it, working with my similarly molded-haired, ginger-headed Mikuru Asahina for a good many years...
