Found his outfit at Target! Kirnan my Obitsu Slim got hi first store bought outfit. Outside of Jake it's doubtful anyone else can fit this as Kirnan is a size "small" where the custom guys are concerned.

The only other one who could get in to it was the 1975 Ken, close enough to the 1999, but couldn't close the pants.

Not bad from the front.

I wonder if the Jake body would be slimmer than Ken but buffer than the Slim? Even if I can't stick the Barbie Basics Ken heads on, I wonder if I could put vintage Ken heads (like the smaller necked ones like my repro) on them, thus ending my need for more Neo Gohs.

BTW any chance you can photograph the manikin body thing next to a Ken since that would at least give us a clue about Jake's size :D

Sorry, we packed up all the craftable odds and sods and sent them far far away. His butt definitely smaller than Ken but the shirt fit skin tight. The pants wouldn't even close up on a Goh. The pants fit the Slim perfectly but the shirt is a bit loose.

The best I'll be able to do when I get one is the usual for my website, pics next to other guys, what clothes fit him, and the motion tests. I'll check out what kind of neck he has too. Which Ken head are you wanting to swap?

Ooh, the new boy *is* cute.

Wonder if the Liv boy pants will fit some of the harder-to-clothe girls?

I found him at Target for $10, hopefully that's his msrp but then again my Target is fairly clueless and believes you when you say a doll is $10. Start humming the theme from 2001. Not so say there's magic in the idea of 1-1-11, even though today is 1-4-11, but guess which is the only number besides 0 on his back?

His skin tone matches the girl with brown eyes and hair, what's her name again? Couldn't easily get his head off and I don't want to accidentally break my only one. Looks like it could be possible to swap heads if the skin tone matches. Will give him the full treatment for my website.

The news is good, outside of that haircut I'm going to wash and try to fix. Well worth the wait.

I'm so off to Target. I really want to see one. Does his skintone match Ken?
