Ddung are 1/6 scale, right? (At least these knockoff heads are..)

At any rate, anyone into Ddung should check their local dollar stores for Pencil Toppers (of all things, I know) that are perfect 1/6 size knockoff heads. They're rooted only adequetely but could be rerooted quite easily. They come off the pencil extremely easily. :) Sorry for the lack of pictures, but I do not have ready access to a working camera at the moment--I will do my best to take pictures when I hybridize mine. :)

I'd be curious to see this and perhaps mention which dollar store it was found at?

This is what I found at a Dollarama near my house today. The head isn't fully rooted, it's only got hair around the edges and is then tied up to hide the bald patches. They're still pretty cute and I think they might be good to practice re-rooting and painting on.

Or leave them as-is, re-dress them and just generally enjoy their utter cuteness.

Speaking of dollar store finds, when I was reading about how to use the silicone molding putty online I ran across mention of something called Bouncing Putty which is a toy that comes in little tubs at Dollar Tree. Supposedly you can make flex molds with it and they'll take the pattern well and air dry in a day. It's about a buck a tub. I'm hoping it can replace the $15 putty I bought so I am definitely going to find some and try it. I think I'll need to use vaseline with it to cast anything resin but still, $1 a tub is a lot better then $15-20 a tub if it works.

That sounds epic, magkelly! I think I saw some of that stuff at the Dollar Tree in Deltona when I went to visit my friend last week. Might have to check my local branch (geddit...branch? Dollar Tree? Oh the puns...they slay me) today and see what I can turn up.

I went to a "dollar store" the other day, and found an awesome 1/4 size kitchen play set.

Oooh! I've been hearing about these clones, but had no idea which stores they were in. I need to get out to my dollar spots!

I wish they sold Blythe clones like they do in China. Our dollar stores never have cool doll knock offs, grumble, grumble...
