Dollieh Sanctuary

I just got a tan TTL body last week, and today the head I'm going to use with him arrived, so I thought I'd share.


Using a Volks Neo-Goh 03 head in Guy color. As you can see it really doesn't match, so I'll be blushing it darker.
Mainly I got this body in tan rather than caucasian because 1) I already knew TTL caucasain would more or less match Obitsu and Volks "normal" skin colors, 2) but I had no idea how a custom fashion-doll sized head would sit on the body so I needed a test subject, 3) I've been meaning to make Vladi for awhile and suspected this body in this shade might work for him, and 4) I was just plain curious. C:
Now that I know how the Goh heads will look on this body, a whole new realm of characters has opened up for me...

The TTL neck is short and THICK, but the proportions don't bother me that much. He's a muscular character, anyway.

So I was going to do a series of photos comparing TTL's height vs Obitsu and Volks and whatever else I had lying around, when I remembered I wasn't shooting them on a level surface, so... THE END!

LOL, just kidding. I'll take some extensive comparison shots if ppls are interested. C:

hmmmm, I dunno, I think the head looks kinda small on that body - but it could be the color difference causing that too.

I was thinking the same thing. Hmmmm, I wonder how a Ken's head would look on this body? Nice body BTW.

I sorta agree. It's a great body, but that neck makes me cringe. He looks too much like one of those musclebrain weightlifters with all neck and no head. Or like the Incredible Hulk. Or the Dragonball Z character of your choice. Only more cute and less stupid. ^^;

Well, perhaps when his head is blushed, it'll make it less noticeable?

I don't mind the look of the neck... it's a little funny from the side, but from the front it's really not any shorter or thicker than a Ken's. I like him, he reminds me of one of the Revoltech guys.

Can he tilt his head?
