Dollieh Sanctuary

Heyyy. I just got my first two dolls (secondhand from a friend) on Monday, and seeing as they were quite naked, I decided to make them some clothes! Since a) it's November and b) I'm an avid crocheter, I decided to make them both bell sleeve coats. I only have pics of the one I made for Shaye, but I made a matching one in purple and green for Candy.

I started with the hat, then the matching coat. The Bratz outfit I had on her didn't fit too well, so I made her a dress, too:



Still has some ends that I need to weave in...

This outfit is so cute *_* Even if I don't particularly like green I found its color scheme really pretty

Awww! Unfortunately crocheting is not (already) in my skill list, but I'm sure that if you want to share the pattern a lot of people on this forum will really appreciate it a lot!

Haha, yeah, pretty much. xD I'm just waiting until I go home for Thanksgiving break to give them both faces.

I love your coat and hat and I love the colors. My Obitsu Erin loves green and pink. I am learning to crochet and I hope that I can create something this nice for Erin. Is Shaye a 27cm doll? My Erin is a 25cm. I wanted to know if you have problems with Shaye's arms popping out with the bulk of the coat under her arms. Certain clothing will do that to my Erin.

Shaye is a 27cm doll. The coat does tend to force her arms out a little bit, but no more than a coat realistically would. A more form-fitting coat could probably be achieved with sport weight yarn, but that's a hassle, you know?
