Dollieh Sanctuary

I had a Godiva box of chocolate and when we emptied it of it's chocolatey goodness, I looked at the box and said... "This would make a nice couch or bed for my dolls!" So I did. Nothing fancy, just some old socks for the cushion and then scrap fabric glued on. Modeling the couch/beds are Rue and Xalez.







There were these brown elastic ties to make the box look like a special fancy gift box, and I kept them on there thinking that if I travel with that specific couch, it'd be useful to tie a doll down on it. lol

That is such a cool idea. I love trying to come up with fun and interesting ways to recycle stuff around the house for my dolls.

Now this is the reason why I keep all kinds of boxes: they'd make great couches and beds. I just... need to get started on them
