It's been a LONG time since I've last posted. Sorry about that. I started my first year of teaching and it took all my time. So I'm in-between schools and have some time on my hands. I decided to work on my dolls again.

Yes, she is the elusive coconut obitsu. I got her years ago and I finally did something with her. The face-up is my own, for once.

Not Marrone...she's actually a coconut. There was a small run of this skin color several years ago. This was a test run of the color and, while it did really well in the states, japan didn't like it so much. So they never did her color again. The marrone was the answer, but the marrone is just not dark enough, or rich enough in color, in my opinion.

She looks so pretty! I love her skintone and small eyes.
