Barbie, Jenny, Fashion Royalty, Obitsu and 1/6 resins - basically anything 10-12inch/21-27cm or in the neighborhood.

She is the Obitsu pixie. Her name is Anemone.

That is seriously gorgeous! I love everything about her, the faceup and outfit. And did you make her wings? They look like fabric. I love that! If you didn't make them, where did you buy them? The only wings I ever find are made of that fragile plastic stuff. I'd love to find something that won't tear or crinkle so easily.
