Dollieh Sanctuary

I recently purchased this doll secondhand from a seller on eBay, who said she was an Aurora doll. I was kind of doubtful, since I pretty much am familiar with all Aurora dolls' facemolds, but I couldn't pass it up in case I was wrong.




I received her a couple of weeks ago, and she DOES have the Disney mark on her head back, but......again, she looks more like the Cinderella dolls than the Aurora dolls. Even the older ones from the late 1990s......

I seem to recall Cinderella looking like this but can't find proof of it.

Can anyone here confirm if this is indeed a Cinderella and not an Aurora? (Or vice versa and that she is an Aurora, after all?) I've tried to look her up but to no avail. Her hair seems so thin and short and that it was once up in a bun and pulled down, but again, I can't be sure. It just has that look and feel to it that it didn't come this way.

Would be so grateful for any help if I should include her in my Aurora doll collection or not. ^^

Aurora was advertised as Cinderella and vice-versa. You have the latter.

Oh, I KNEW IT! I knew she was Cinderella and not Aurora!! Thank you, AquaMight-san!! That is exactly what I was asking for!!! She's definitely the Cinderella in that Youtube commercial. ^^ You're so ingenius to find that!! Arigatou!!! :hugs:


So, I won't include her in my collection. I'm kind of glad, since she's not 'in box' anyway. ^^

You have an Aurora collection? Is that your favorite Disney Princess? It is mine- since even before I saw the Disney movie ONE THOUSAND YEARS AGO. (I'm old you know). I love Sleeping Beauty, all versions of it, all illustrations of it. I think it's because I always had long blonde hair and I've always had insomnia.

Yes, she's my all time favorite and I have a LOT of Aurora things....even my room is 'Aurora based.'

If you like Aurora, you might enjoy seeing the foreign dolls and figures. ^^ Some are really lovely!

If her hair is shot replace it, maybe match her eye shadow? All frosty snow fairy.
