I saw the new girls and I was wondering about their legs. They all have long dresses and I can't see whether or not they articulated the knees and feet or just knees. Anyone know?? Even better...Anyone of pics?? Thanks guys.

I just bought an Aurora, which will arrive the 19th, but I received 4 of the guys last week or so. (The Disney Store must think I'm crazy---I made 3 separate orders within a week! But I kept forgetting things and it was great when they had 'free shipping' on every order 2 weeks ago, so I didn't mind the separate ordering! ^^;;)

The guys (princes) are the same as they were last year, but less quality clothing and smaller, regular shaped boxes. They have the jointed elbows, but the regular 'ken type' clicky rubber knees. Their heads turn and their arms swivel out and up and down, too. ^^ They are pretty ugly bodies actually, and I think all their heads are a tad too big, but the likenesses are very good to the Disney movies, so.... ^^ (I ended up making John Smith into John Rolfe for Pocahontas. Ha ha ha)

I'll let you know about the girls' joints, once I get Aurora in hand and can snap a few photos for you, too. ^^

:hugs:

Would like to know what the waist is like too, I have a couple of jointed wrist click knee girls, not bad but they don't have turning waists. I like the idea of getting some pale gals.

Looks like it's just jointed wrists and elbows. I'm kinda disappointed.

Ah yes, the Fashion Fever body, as I call it. Cycbersix is on one. Not a bad body, I like the idea of elbows and wrists more than knees if I have to choose.

I think I may take one of my Clueless gals to the Disney store to make sure there's a skin match for a body swap. If the 2 for $20 price is still on I think I'll get a Beast boyfriend. The website is running the same promotion.

Still, makes me want a paler body for my floating TNT head and kitbash the pointed toe gymnast legs onto one....

I'd like to see how a leg swap could be done.

I just got my Aurora doll in and she's jointed at the elbow, wrist and armpits.

Her legs aren't jointed but that regular 'clicky' Barbie leg. Her legs and arms swivel out fully though, so she's really poseable anyway. Plus, the clicky legs work well, at least.

Dollykim-san, her waist doesn't swivel :(

If anyone wants more photos, let me know!

Could probably snap off the bendy legs and drill out an opening through which elastic could be strung. If there are actually paleskinned semi-Pivotal bodies available, it might be worth the effort. :)

If anyone would like to send a headless pale body my way I'd love to do a tutorial *cough* (I've had a broken neck Hollywood Nails body I've held onto cuz I wanted to swap onto a pale fashion fever body before they were discontinued)
