I had the rare chance and honor to visit Volk's only showroom outside of Japan called Tenshi no Sumika in Torrence, CA.

I'm sure there are a few folks that have been there. But if you haven't: ask away.
I can mainly only talk of 1/6th scale since that is my focus but I'll try my best if anyone wants to ask about the bigger sweeties. Unfortunately, I was told no photos are permitted while I was there. : (

I did buy two more doll bodies while I was there which brings my count up to ten, lol. Now I have another resin head to work with- eeeee.

It's a lovely store. When I went, the saleswoman spent nearly the entire time chatting with me. It was fun to meet another doll fan.

Its a nice little store, I was there at the opening day and it was packed ! I was kind of surprised that it was so small though and it was located in Torrence in that area...but I guess its function that is important in this case!

And they actually have a showroom outside of Japan in Korea but here is alist of all of them:

I love the place, I can not go there any more until I have enough money to by a few Dofie's and a Dolfe Dream Dynamite and clothes, and clothes and accessories maybe order a custom doll and clothes, and did I mention clothes and accessories?

My hubby had to nearly drag me out of the doll stores in Japan. The Volks store in Nakano. Uggggghhhhh we have both been having such die-hard lust to be wandering Akiba and Nakano --- it's driving me crazy. ;__;

I feel your pain

Doll stores in Japan...... I wanna go back *whines* Was kinda overwhelm by the amount of stuff they had there. From Nude FR/Triad to non brand male yukatas up at the Yellow Submarine Rouge place. Some of the stores had Azone stuff on discount T_T.

I had the chance to visit Tenshi no Sato when I was in Kyoto but my lone temp pure Volks gal felt lonely that her Obitsu and hybrid buddies can't come out to play. And seeing those those Dollfies up close without going "Eeek! A big dollie!" (blame physical store Domuya and their Doll master Promotion for the trauma) kinda show how therapeutic the JS and 13 Doll forum was for me :lol:

The Collection from The Twighlight Zone is doll scary, especially if you have Littles.
