Barbie, Jenny, Fashion Royalty, Obitsu and 1/6 resins - basically anything 10-12inch/21-27cm or in the neighborhood.

The poor man's FR doll.

I really started to like these MT dolls.
Once you blush the bodies to match the skin tone on Ken doll heads. I think they turn out really good for 1/2 the price of a FR doll.

I was wondering that too: aren't Moxie Teens 14'' or so? Looks good, anyway.

He's adorable but I could never bring myself to body swap an MT. I just like them too much as they are, laugh. I just end up doing customs on every new one I get. Maybe if I got a bunch at Goodwill or something but I can't bring myself to with new ones. I've got 12 now, including 3 boys. I'm still working on doing the new boys actually. I'm making one blond, one a redhead, the usual trio. I keep telling myself that's it, but I'm not sure if it will be. If I did find some at the thrifts I'd grab those dollies and run to the cashier. I'm not kidding myself. I still want more. I'm just done buying them retail because they're getting way more expensive new because they are discontinued. $10-15 a doll I was happy buying, but I've seen them going new for $40-50 now and I'm not going there. Not even for original Bijou and the 2nd wave Arizona who I still kind of covet...

Wait, so that's a Ken head on a 14" body? Because it looks a lot better than I would have expected, proportions-wise.

Wow, he came out really nice! I'm so used to their big heads it didn't occur to me that Ken would ever be a good fit, but it really is. Hmm...maybe I should start looking for another Gavin... XD
