Dollieh Sanctuary

Does anyone recognize this girl? I have no clue what body she came from (was just floating in my old Barbie bin from when I was younger). She's probably from the mid-1990s, but possibly older. She just has (C) Disney on the back of her head, which is why I thought she might be a princess.
I tried looking for her in the past, but I haven't had any luck. Her hair is more reddish than in the picture, and it's very wavy and thick. About mid-back length if she was on a body?

could she be belle? she looks a lot like the belle I have.

Thanks so much! I have a ton of dolls from when I was younger, so going through them and figuring out who is who has been a chore. 2 more and I'll have I.D.'ed them all! (At least, all the ones I care about)

I love that particular Belle sculpt. She has a soft expression. I currently have two of that sculpt floating around in my collection. One is marked for a repaint soon with an outfit made for her. She is my mother's favorite Disney Princess and I want to make her one personally as a gift.

My only grip with them is the hair color and the eye color. Neither one actually matches the Disney Belle that they were supposed to be.
