Flairy, not fairy, or so it says on the box. Has anyone else seen them yet? They are part of the new Barbie Fashion Fantasy line and are sooooooo cute! My Walmart has 2 different pink versions and one purple. I'm loving the purple girl!

1. Flairy
A combination of the two words "floppy" and "hairy".
2. flairy
flaming fairy
Urbandictionary
Just sayin'.

Okay so on a related note, I found these on toysrus.com and they're $10.99 each.
I'm looking at these pictures and really loving them until I imagine holding one.
Glitter.
Glitter everywhere.
*shudders*
OH THE MEMORIES!
*hides in a corner crying*
So much glitter.........

I saw them and was horrified by the sheer clumps of glitter.

Those things with the stilted legs? I do have a fluttering butterfly Barbie with a glitter painted torso and the glitter doesn't rub off that easily but she does spread a bit of sparkles where ever she goes.

They're kind of cute, albeit in Monster High proportions, apparently.
But what really turns me off (apart from the buckets of glitter) is the fact that they aren't poseable at all. It's exactly that which keeps me from getting the Model Muse Barbies (or the Basic Barbies, for that matter).

Yep, that's the reason I haven't given in and gotten one either - can't pose them . . . bummer

When I was a kid, I used to get so frustrated by painted/molded on clothes (and hair for that matter) on my dolls. That hasn't changed (actually, now I'm just really spoiled by customizable dolls, I think) But these really are kinda pretty...and I guess if you're a fairy, you're gonna want to leave something magical-looking in your wake, so glitter is probably a good choice (me, I'd leave tiny little Criss Angels everywhere, but I'm just special like that...)

Is there any body that would work with them?

Since I can't figure out how to edit my posts, I'll have to post again. Basically what I am wondering is if there are any bodies that the heads won't look like shrunken heads on. They don't necessarily have to be in stores and they don't need to have the same proportions tho that would be nice. The dresses look removable so if there is any body they fit even differently I'd also like to know.
