Help identifying these guys?

Well, this sort of ties in to my previous post, but honestly I feel it's unique enough to go under a new post because I could see these doll types being used for a lot more than just one custom project. The flickr stream mentions they're wearing Fashion Royalty Homme underwear, but these guys don't look like Fashion Royalty Homme bodies to me, at least from what I've seen. Can anyone tell me who these strapping gentlemen are? These body types are perfect for so many different projects!!

Edit: If these guys aren't in the 12'' to 14'' size range I profusely apologize. They look mightily detailed to be in this size range, but considering they fit Fashion Royalty Homme underwear I figured there may be a chance these guys are within size range.

They look like they're strung. The guy on the left, it looks like elastic in his wrist joint. The guy on the right, either elastic or an S hook. They also look like they could be made of resin. Or maybe ABS? I don't know of many strung guys in that size range. They're not Soom. The body types don't match and I think Soom might be too short anyway. Perhaps an artist doll of some kind?

They look remarkably like Devadolls

(ETA: My original answer was going to be they are part of a troupe of travelling Shakesperian actors, but when business is slow they also work as high class male strippergrams ;) I haven't even been at the sherry yet! )

Yep, that definitely looks like them. Doesn't seem like they're available for sale, though.

Thank you all, and all of you are right!! (At least, not sure about the strung portion of it, but they're definitely resin.) They're 16'' tall, and if a set of CLOTHES go for 150USD I shudder to think what the actual doll costs. They're definitely beautifully sculpted, enough so that I would love to own one, but apparently they're sort of "persona non grata". To make things even more complicated, they seem to have only limited edition runs of each doll. *Sigh* Why can't they make 12'' dolls that look this good? I love the slim model like proportions, but maybe that's my anime obsession showing through (but then again, truthfully, they're much more realistically proportioned than most dolls and would be wonderful for some of the more realistic customs...*sigh*)

Ah well, thank you for identifying these for me!! Everyone is too kind as always, and I'll keep a lookout for one of these high class strippergram boys ( ) just in case.

The more I look at this particular lineup, the more I want to yell out "CIRQUE DU SOLEIL!" for some reason.

The entire site is in flash, do you have that on? That may be the issue. The site seems to be in disrepair, parts of it don't work when you click, etc. But that particular page loads for me. :? Although after seeing the last doll go for $1000+ on Ebay from a 2012 auction I'm just pissed instead of coveting. These dolls are only 16'' tall!!! It's like I'm trying to order a 1/3 limited edition doll or something. They are gorgeously sculpted but after paying that much money for a hunk (err...no pun intended?) of resin I wouldn't want to BREATHE on it let alone customize the damn thing!

If they're 16" that makes them MSD sized. Limited sculpts tend to sell for more, especially artist's sculpts. Kaye Wiggs MSD girls, for example, ALWAYS go for at least $1000 on the secondhand market. Which is why it's better to buy new and wait six months to get her than try to buy secondhand. Then you're only paying $500 or so.

You can find dolls with similar proportions to these for a lot less, though. Dollmore has their Fashion Doll line, and they have a few males (four sculpts) who are sort of like their Model boys in smaller proportions. They're quite beautiful. However, they are also strung resin so you'll still be paying over $300 for one (the boys are more expensive than the girls for some reason; possibly they're a bit taller).
(http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step_subma ... 0522103756)

They also have some 12 inch girls both in resin and ABS (all strung), but no boys so far.

Then there is Fairyland and their fantastic Chic Line, but those sell for close to $500 new, and even more on the secondhand market due to them being both limited in nature and highly sought after.

I don't know much about the "action figure" types of dolls, whether they sell MSD size or not. I had a couple of Obitsu and Volks but have never done much with them. They're definitely smaller than Ken dolls, though. They swim in his clothes! Someone else who collects 1/6 scale action dolls could probably tell you more.

Hey Stormlight!! :) I would have gladly shelled out the $600 or so for the original pre-order run of these Deva Dolls (although now I've read apparently a lot of customers got jipped out of their money and got flimsy excuses that kept changing from resin problems to factory flooding to production issues to "you never paid us" etc...but many people obviously got their dolls and are quite happy with them...), "Limited Edition" runs just burn me in general. I hate knowing I have a limited amount of time to gather money and decide "Do I really want this?" Some dolls I know I either a) MUST have, or b) MUST customize, but others I like to be able to sit and ponder for awhile. Right now I'm having an issue between a limited edition cat doll at $370 or ordering some more customs from SetsunaKou...and as I think everyone knows on this board, SetsunaKou wins hands down. XD But it bugs me knowing that when I do have that extra money later, the other doll I want won't be there.

Long story short: MeltedCaramel thinks limited runs suck.

As for Dollmore....my God, I feel like I was looking at a fashion show/bondage special. I'm a little torn on these guys. They're gorgeous, but their backs of all things bother me. But the one doll, Jaden....I like him. XDD Too bad I don't have the money to blow on a 16'' doll I don't need.

As for 1/6 dolls, there IS a company that makes a rather impressive (in my opinion) selection of male dolls. At 30''cm high they're pushing the line just a bit, but still. Lumedoll! :)

http://www.lumedoll.com/collections/701 ... cale-dolls I love that you can order all of them in a wide variety of gorgeous skin colours, and for 1/6 scale they're incredibly detailed, can be customized easily, and at $240 starting price they're much lighter on the wallet. Unfortunately I don't have need for one of these guys at the moment, trying to finish what I start before I go hunting for more dolls. Still, so far, these are the best strung 1/6 dolls I've seen that have a wide male variety (I love the facial differences! Dollmore, while gorgeous, seem to all have a variation of the same male face, like they're all first cousins. )

Edit: Oh! And Fairyland...yeah, I'd kill to get this guy:
http://dollfairyland.com/shop/step1.php ... 0422044036 I'm sure he's an impossibility though, and as much as I love my doll hobby, the only doll I would EVER spend over $1,000 on in the secondhand market is Fairyland's Limited Edition Sebastian Michaelis, which has popped up pretty much...NEVER! I was told they sold out, but there are literally no owner's photos, nothing to show anyone on the face of the earth owns this guy, much less would sell him.
