Mitarai- "As I was telling Akihito-kun. You really have to go out looking for a story. One is not going to come to you"

Mitarai- "That's why I have a camera with me. I always come prepared."

Hey there maywong!! XD, this made me giggle. I adore your Viewfinder customs!!! Do you mind me asking what bodies/heads they are? It amazes me how they retain the whole "anime" theme while not really quite being anime sculpts.

The irony in that interview is ridiculous in the best way. <33 I adore this. And the pose Mitarai is striking in the first shot just oozes egotistical awesome "I know it all" and the face with that half smirk just adds to the feeling. This is hilarious.

Also, the stick.

Must not forget the stick.

MC- thank you for your nice comment. Mitarai is Akihito rival at work. I made him using a Prince Andrew Ken doll. I rerooted, took out his teeth and closed his mouth, and blushed his body. Akihito is another jointed Ken doll that I rerooted.
This scene never took place in the story. It's just something I made up but in keeping with the characters.

No problem for the comment! I think you're extremely talented!! And I sort of figured from the big monster in the background that it wasn't a canon "interview". ;) I just love how you managed to set up such an amusing situation purely with dolls with limited articulation (I'm used to Obitsu's bending over backwards, literally, for me. ) and a few simple props and poses. It's hilarious and adorable and this is coming from someone who generally doesn't like "photo stories". This is proof that all you need is a good imagination and a story can come alive without all the expensive accoutrements that BJD owners seem compelled to feature in all of their photo stories.

Great job maywong!! <3

Yeah you don't need a lot of props to tell silly stories like mine.
However I do have a lot of props at my place for when I get my act together and start doing photostories for real LOL
