OOAK 17" Agent May of SHIELD

Postby kenaiqueen » Fri Jul 24, 2020 6:37 pm

Finally finished my Agent May project! Not perfect but I'm going to say well enough for now and move on to something else. She was made from a Disney Limited Edition live action Mulan doll. Pants and boots were bought off ebay as she pretty well fits Tonner sized doll clothes. The leotard was made from a pattern by Raccoon's Rags and tac vest is of pleather from an altered Designs by Jude jacket. It was exhausting as I've never worked in pleather before and it's not quite right but good enough for now. I did cut her hair and gave her a boil perm, but it's not quite right either. I'm so bad with hair...even my own! Maybe sometime I'll go back and rework some things. For now, she's the first of my warrior women I'm finished and I'm so glad to be able to post finally!

Her little tiny SHIELD logo was a royal pain! I had to steal a picture, resize it and re-color it and then transfer it to another program to run out on decal paper and iron it on. I tried drawing and embroidering it, but it looked horrible. I like the way it looks even if you can't see it so well in the pics.
Now on to another half finished project!
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
