I am so inept when it comes to hot gluing ANYTHING that making a hand out of the stuff would result in a huge mess. That's so cool! And her backstory is really awesome, too.

Why does she have a glass hand?

The story: Elyra is an earth elemental, and when she was young she touched lava and it crystalized her hand into glass.

The true story: I took her out one day and she lost a hand (MNF are notorious for that), so while waiting on a replacement I made her one out of hot glue and it stuck as her hand. Seriously, the doll gets upset when I take it off.

lol, that's kind of like the story of why Venias only has one fang...

Don't you "love" when accidents turn into character quirks? xDD Hahaha. I stepped on one of my boy's hands and snapped off the pinky, but that became his clone-status identifier! (To tell him from his original source, obv.) ohoho~

I'm really, really, impressed with that hot glue hand!! It looks super fab! And her face-up is fantastic. Really unique looking doll! c: And so much love for MiniFees!! MiniFee army foreverrrr~
