I thought that was the Angela head too. IRL I would think it would look kind of bobble headed, because that is one damn big head! It's bigger than the Gretel or Joshua head.
I hope hope hope Alice is not just a fullset, and of course also hope Emory carries them ASAP.

Only the unclothed doll body looks so extreme. You really can't judge the final look of doll busts from naked doll pictures. Unless you're dressing the doll in clothes specifically cut/tailored to display that cleavage, it frequently all but disappears. Case in point, Pinky:

She's 44cm tall and most of the time you'd never know she has the MDD large bust, which looks similar in size and shape to the 40cm's large bust.

Also, that "all or nothing" choice might have something to do with the types of anime and manga characters the 40cm body would be used to portray.
And it might have financial roots as well. "We've only got enough money to pay for two bust molds, Of the three common sizes (small, medium, and large) what should they be?"

Parabox is taking preorders for the Alice fullset. They say they expect to ship about January 20th (yes, that's this year). The price is 33,000yen.
