That photo showing just the ONE doll head is only their sample photo, and not the doll head you'll be buying. (It's the AoD Yuki 1/3, which is actually the one our 'Satoshi' head sculpt is from our 'Hey! Hey! Hey!' photostories)
They have a different system of ordering heads. You look at their full dolls and then on that 'sample head' page, you can order any of the heads only, by typing in their name.
So, the first link I sent (below this line), shows all the 1/4 dolls (both boy and girl) they make:

Look at all those, and then whichever heads of those you like, you remember the name(s). Then you click here:
http://www.aoddoll.net/category.php?id=25
Choose '1/4 head' from the drop-down menu.
Then write in the comments the name of the head you want. (And NS-P for the skintone.)
So the one shown as a sample on that page is NOT 1/4 and isn't what you'll receive. She's just the sample pic they put up. ^^ That's the 1/3 Yuki. ^^ We also adore that head! It's absolutely perfect as a boy, too! He's our beautiful Satoshi!
