Minifee Mirodoll Hybrid?

There's a white skin Mirodoll/IslandDoll hybrid on the MP for only $90.00 that I'm thinking about, but I don't know if the Mirodoll body would work with a MNF head. It looks like the neck circumferences are way off. Has anyone hybridized these two?

I didn't actually get the MNF neckpiece onto my Miro boy's body (I can't shove the knots down his neckhole because of the way I restrung him, and the neckpiece can't sit on top of the knots or the head will flop all over the place...)

BUT, if I didn't have that problem, it doesn't look like there would be any problem putting one on there.

Sorry it took so long to answer, I tend to lurk the 1/6th section more than this one...

The MNF head I have is rather yellowed, so it's difficult to tell if the original skintone would have matched the Miro body or not.
