Viridia as a silver Rockette

I've been trying to fine tune my princess seam bodice pattern, since I wasn't happy with the fit. A few more logic leaps later and I wanted to see how it would work as armor. I have this silver vinyl and fake fur....

I'm kinda shocked I made something this racy for her. I'm still working on it, and I feel like its missing something.

Thoughts, anyone?

I love the top, it looks awesome.

It looks like she has on half a pair of furry shorts. Maybe try to make a full pair? I think she needs more on her legs. Possibly shorts in the same material as the top?

She really looks like a winter warrior!

Thank you, Eseme!

The furry leg thing was supposed to be a garter...

I'm not sure the vinyl is a good candidate for shorts. I had a bad fail with making Ciero pants from a thinner vinyl and the silver is heavy duty, upholstery weight. I've got silver satin, it's a little bit darker....

Maybe shorts/skirt from the satin and some shin guard/spats in vinyl for her lower legs?

Skirt could be good, more movement. And the lighter grey matches well. You do not want to totally cover her lovely legs, but some armor would protect but not hide their shape.

Wow, she looks great! I think you did a really good job on the armor. I would say a skirt would be good, and maybe instead of shin guards make some little fur things for her legs like the ones on her arms.

Thank you, CrazyYoungCatLady! Thank you, Eseme! I appreciate the feedback.

I'm torn between skirt ideas...

Loincloth

I should probably just make both. Even adding linings or attached bloomers shouldn't be too difficult to make both. Mix and match separates, ftw?

I'm starting to lean more towards wrappings for the greaves. Was the fuzzy one on the right similar to what you had in mind CrazyYoungCatLady? (probably a little wider?) I don't wanna cover the sculpt details on her fetlocks, though thinking about it, it would be logical for her to cover or brace that area. Hmmmmm. Maybe if Ciero gets real battle gear, his are better suited for that.

Though going full leg warmers could work. Too many decisions. Skirts first.

I like the loin-cloth style skirt and I like what you have on her legs here. It's not covering any of the cool details that way, but she's still protected.

I like both skirts. The wrapping looks good for armor, the other looks more... well fashionable.

And she is just lovely. Those legs are amazing and you definitely should not hide them. Love her glasses too!

Thank you, both! I ended up having bit of trouble on the circle skirt, and my brain is telling me I need more practice with them before I try a "good fabric." So, loincloth style!

Right after I finished it.

The good wig needs a good brushing, so I used this one. (which was a practice wig making wig, but i love the color on her!)

Finalized the how to do the wrist wrapping.

And decided the fur on the legs was too distracting? Maybe? I've still got some, so I could always add it later if I change my mind.

The wraps are just vinyl strips so I can move those around, add fur underneath them or whatever, depending on mood.

Thank you both so much for your help!!!
