In the most recent Parabox newsletter, pictures of their upcoming 40cm body were released.

This prototype is done in resin, but the final product will be vinyl. As you can see there is still some sanding and finishing to do and the 40cm does utilize some familiar 50cm joints. It looks like the 40cm will come with the new head as shown. A target release date of this December is mentioned, but let's just keep our fingers crossed that we see it before Spring.

Also in the works is a new more muscular chest part for the 55cm body as well as a new Henzel head.

oooooooooooooooo, I like!!!! It's soooo much nicer than the 47cm - much more in proportion with itself and doesn't have those massive thighs and calves of doom.

God it would be awesome to have one of those in time for CCBJD!

That sound you hear is the entire installed base of Mini Dollfie Dream getting ready to Volbitsu-ize their MDD fail-bodies. However, I'm interested in seeing what the Dollfie Dream Sister body really looks like and its construction before committing to replace Namiko's body. I'm also considering 50cm for her. But I want to see what DDS is like. The big question for me is whether DDS has a continuous skeleton or is constructed more like MDD.

Also, the 40cm Obitsu skeleton seems like it has possibilities for MDD rescue. Since you, K2, are the one who did that MDD extreme makeover, what do you think?

Very cute! The body looks rather like a Bobobie style to me.

The head sort of reminds me of the Joshua head...only a bit smaller proportioned...

I think the head looks like a smaller Angela head. Very cute.
