Just ordered my first Bluefairy

Postby purple_monkfish » Fri May 04, 2018 7:15 am

EEEEk

So, okay, way back in like 2004 I discovered bjds and fell in love with Bluefairy Louis and Olive, but I couldn't justify the price and the order method was super complicated and I was just too nervous to go through with it.
I didn't even collect dolls at the time, that didn't happen till like 2009

Anyway,

I finally did it. I FINALLY after all these years put down my first half deposit for a Bluefairy Louis.

I'm excited. I have other bjds now but no bluefairys or anything from one of those really old companies so it's gonna be interesting.

I'm not sure how long it's gonna take but hoping he's here by July.

Does anyone know what BF's wait times are like?

Congratulations!

The first bjd I ever saw was a Bluefairy one. I don't know the sculpt, but I just remember being like: "wow! That is the prettiest doll I've ever seen."

And then I was hooked!

Did Louis make it home yet? Bluefairy makes really nice dolls. I've enjoyed meeting a few of them, they're so cute!
Man dolls.... because baby dolls come from somewhere. ;)

Congrats! They are such pretty dolls! Please share when it arrives!

I know someone who went to South Korea on a business trip and he visited the cafe BF used to have. He said they were super nice people and they gave him. Lots of freebies. He was nice enough to share some with me when he returned home. Someday I hope to have one of the dolls.
