Hi. Has anyone got the Lilac colour bobobie Mei doll? If so, please post some photos. Am seriously thinking of getting her.

I have a lilac color Ju, but it's their new lilac and will look the same color wise as Mei, if you think that would help?

Thank you. Do you find the colour limits the choice of colours for clothes?

There's a second hand lilac Mei for sale on the marketplace of DoA for $120, but I seriously doubt it'll help you because 1) she's from 2010 so she's the old lilac, and 2) she's photographed in a way that makes her look green XD

In case you don't have DoA access:

Honestly I find that the fun colors help with clothing more, since they are other colors a lot of times it really enhances their skin tones like if they are complementary, or makes them stand out because the colors are more clashing in a fun way. Oh and as always, I recommend the double jointed body over the SJ one, but for those you will have to special order directly from BBB or RS.

Mei is my next doll - maybe in a few months time. I've had my eye on her ever since I first saw a photo of her.

I have a lilac Mei! Most of my pictures of her so far are of her nude as I literally just got her today, but this picture makes her look grayer than she is in real life. Anyway, here's a picture of her for you:

She is beautiful! I love her sweater, did you make it?

I've discovered a lot of times my camera tries to color correct and then it's too blue and I have to go back in and fix it later. >.<
