My Strider doll arrived today! Here he is, fresh from the box:

And here's the first meeting with my two girls, Joan and Rose. They got all gussied up in their medieval best for him. Rose's red and black gown is new from ebay and I do plan on embellishing it for her eventually.Image

He immediately swore feality to Queen Joan. (He might have a crush on her!)

I've re-named him Antryg and he'll be part warrior, part wizard. I was going to call him Ingold, but after some research, I found it was actually part of the original LOTR saga, so I switched to Antryg. Kudos to anyone who knows where either name came from (besides the original Rings reference of course!). :D

I got him some really cute jeans and sneakers off ebay, but have to make him a tee shirt yet, so he posed in his leather vest. Kinda of makes him look like a biker dude.

He does have really serious 'box' hair, so I'm going to try wetting it down. I may trim it up a bit too if I feel bold. It's a bit fluffier than I'd like.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

I love your girl's dresses and I hope they don't fight over their new man. ;D
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.
