A change of wig and/or eyes, or perhaps even the faceup, can work miracles too :)

Oddly enough, the Hearts4Hearts clothing line you can find at Target or ToysRus also works for that body too. Here is my friends Song girl wearing a dress from them:

You could always make her a tube top out of a sock. If you found the right size sock all you would have to do is cut it and hem it or treat the raw end with fray-check.
