Nicky and a few of my 3D prints.

I've been meaning to do this for a while... finally got around to taking a couple of photos of Nicky (my cute little Volks boy) 'modeling' the prints from my shapeways shop. All of the prints are done in the Nylon, otherwise known as WSF. This material is pretty easy to paint and customize. ^___^
Squee!!! He really is too cute!
With the MSD Kamas. These are light enough to be held in place with some eye-putty!
Kusarigama. The chain moves. To make this one different from the 1:3 scale version, it's got a banded ball as a weight instead of a cylinder. There's also a ball-joint type socket at the base of the handle. Sometimes they arrive with a little excess print material in there, so it needs a little gentle 'help' to become fully functional. ^.~
The throwing stars and kunai. I pretty much use these for all sizes. They are so cutely large in the hands of my Littlefees!
Now for one of the pieces that I'm particularly proud of. The 'pin'. Slap a 1x3mm rare earth magnet on it, and then use a second magnet to attach it in place... and this 'pin' doesn't cause any damage to dollieh clothes. Granted, I would be a little hesitant to let this near my computer, but magnets are like that. ^.~
Second and third shots show one painted with acrylic paint. I also trimmed some of the original parts off, since this is the 'pin' that I tend to put on Kiyoshi as a school 'pin'. But at least it shows what one will start looking like painted up. ^____^
