Help! Tryng to identify childhood 18" doll

Ok so I'm trying to find a doll I had as a kid. She was like a slightly older, nicer quality version of American Girl dolls. My grandparents got her for me back when grandpa was still alive and they had decent money, so I'd guess her to be a higher end doll. She had a very nice outfit and fit some of my AG doll stuff but was a little big for most of their things.
What I remember about her:
Slightly larger than American Girl
Came from a catalog
Mid to late 90s
Soft torso made of slightly fuzzy fabric
Head was attached to exposed shoulder plate, like a porcelain doll
Head and limbs made of hard slightly textured plastic, felt like porcelain
Stationary non blinking eyes
Hands in "ballerina" like pose, slightly bent at wrist and open palmed
Mine had red hair and green eyes, but it was customizable, like My Twinn
Dress was purple floral, had battenburg lace, similar pattern to a Daisy Kingdom dress, and very nicely made
Dark purple mary janes and lacy socks, also very nice
Face was very pretty and like a porcelain doll, not as round as AG doll and a little sad looking
Already dredged through Ebay and while I couldn't find her, I found a lot of things she definitely is NOT:
American Girl
My Twinn
Our Generation
Magc Attic
Adora
Gotz
Madame Alexander
Carpatina
