Dollieh Sanctuary

This summer I fell in love with a Dollmore MSD, Dollmore Catish Reaa. She looked so much like my fursona that I immediately know I have to get her, even if she was out of any scale I ever collected and way more pricey than any other doll I ever bought.
I made my order in the first days of October and she arrived last friday, but I had time to open the box only last evening. Now get ready for the photo spam!


This box is huge! I was so shocked that I'll probably never get an SD XD


Freebies! And a wrap bubble mummy underneath! There was a Dollmore calendar, a bookmark, and a cute bear keyring with comb and mirror.


Unwrapping the mummy! Her face is really cute...and has some details lacking in the company photos.


With Candykitten's MArbled Cat Eyes and a sexy pose. I love her well-shaped pin-up body *_*


With her full set. The stockings are a bit too long and too narrow, they seems to be made for another doll -_-


Trying the silver Coolcat wig. I have to made better ears holes and trim it...

I have to do some small retouches to her make-up, now it's pretty but really dull. Anyway, I'm so happy with her, I love her weight and the resin feeling!

The Coolcat wig looks particularly cute on her.

Today was a sunny day, so I dedicated some time to my Dahlia, enhancing her face-up and working on her wig.
I had a really bad time figuring how to do her lips: I tried acrylics, but the result was awful and I seemed not be able to find the right color, pastel powder didn't want to work and finally I used watercolor pencils and gloss.
I had to make the wig smaller, and that was the first time... I had to unsew some of the hair strands and cut away parts of the wig cap, then resew it all again, and I had surely the tact of a butcher in doing that, but for now it doesn't come apart and that's enough to make me happy ^_^' And I scattered wig hairs in almost all of our house, obviouvsly -_-
