Saber Lily has normal skin M body, according to http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/fate/fate_uc/index.html
Only the Alter version is WS, because the first, "original" Saber is NS, too.

http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/fate/dd_saber_alter.html

In meantime I remembered another WS DD characters, namely
Yashiro Kasumi - http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/dollfiedream/dd_kasumi.html
Nia from Gurren Lagann - http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/gurrenlagann/dd_nia.html
and new "White Christmas version" Alna (it's the first ever WS DDdy)- http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/hag/item_ddalna_w.html

And I don't know, if I should count in this Moe, because it's Dollfie Dream(R) 7th Anniversary one-off limited model - http://www.volks.co.jp/jp/event/dd7th/oneoff04.html

There are some WS MDD's, too (like Etherelda or Al Azif).

Well, not much, but there are some :)

Actually, I was just wondering if Volks was finally making a more realistic head, based on their four sisters resin heads.

Volks 1/3 vinyl heads (with eyeholes), so called "DD Option Heads" are only 4 and all of them are anime - style.
I don't think they will be making others, because more realistic heads are casts in resin and meant for their Super Dollfie line.
There are rumors, that maybe the Moe/Natsuki and Alna molds will be the next two option heads. Moe/Natsuki is anime, too, Alna is a bit more realistic among others, but it's only a rumor.

And, basically, it's no problem to attach a resin head to a DD II body. There are many such hybrids.

when i wrote voks in the past regarding dollfie dream heads with more realistic heads and or male chest part or tan skin.
tan skin only available in the 1 ddd fullset.
realistic head not available as the doll is geared towards anime look if looking for realistic headsculpt see resin basically. anime is where their market is for the dollfie dream line. and the saber head appeard to have more of a nose and lips but you would have to find one for sale apparently she was a lower seller over the other more anime looking anime dolls, lol if that makes sense.
and male dollfie dream or male chest part, no intentions of ever releasing one... 75% of people who buy dollfie dream are men looking to create a large anime girl.

thats what all i found out in the past but things change you know.

on a different note dim makes a vinyl yo sized 29cm doll now based on one of their resin sculpts for $80 full set with more sculpts coming in the future and i read there will be sd ones as well, no clue if it will be males as well but one can hope. the small one that is already out is double jointed too.
