Um......this is a dream, okay? Nothing more!

Let me just preface these pictures with a little back story. Orlando and Luthien are good friends. Nothing more, nothing less. He doesn't trust but a few people, and she is the same way. They confide in each other on occasion and each keeps the other's personal insights confidential. As far as two people go, they've probably shared more with each other than they've shared with anyone else. They both have mutual respect for each other and their relationship is 100% platonic.

However....enter my husband. My photographer husband who likes to take pictures. My photographer husband who likes to take pictures of "what if". Are you getting the picture? He said these pictures are Luthien's dream. Of course, she'd never tell Orlando about them.....not this! No way! She may share personal thoughts and musings with Orlando, but this would be something she'd keep to herself.

That being said.....here are hubby dear's "what if" pictures.

So yeah......dream pictures......that's all these are.

(Luthien is a Dollshe Afghana on a Soom Supergem body and belongs to my husband....Orlando is a restyled Volks Yukinojo and he's mine.......all mine!) :D

Wow! Gorgeous dolls, gorgeous clothes, gorgeous photography! No wonder your husband wanted to play with them. Maybe they can get a job being cover models for a romance novel. Then you could get some great photos with no real physical attraction.

I would not be able to post pictures of how my husband poses my dolls here....I can always tell when he's been around my dolls. They end up being very, very naughty.
Nice pictures- beautiful dolls!

That's quite a dream! The photos are dramatic, and well done.

Thanks, Susan.....good advice. They would make lovely romance cover models! But I don't know if pretending would be too difficult for them. Things could go awry....LOL!

Orlando's shirt is a first run-through of a pattern I'm making and I can see a couple tweaks that need to be done, so the second time should be the charm. I think I prefer a cuff with a ruffle (or lace) to just a plain elasticized wrist like this first one has. And I need to use a lighter weight fabric (although this georgette billows and drapes nicely!)

I think Luthien is thinking just that!

Heheheheheh! We'll have to get more pictures when the second yummy shirt is done!

I had a really good laugh over your post! I have seen some of my husband's more, uh, shall we say......"risque" pictures!

I think that was what my husband was seeing, too! It's a good thing he's keeping it in the dream world!

It's probably one of those ones that if someone wakes you up, you want them to leave you alone so you can get back to it! :D
