@OkamiKodomo: Thank you so much! You made it look so easy...
My boy doesn't have those cool hooks in his hands and feet, but little hole-things, so I guess I don't tie off until he's together; but I really think I'll be able to do it now based on your tutorial. XD I noticed all the string ends were hanging out of the open end of his neck before he fell apart, so I think I get it now. Might take me a while, but once I get him done, I'll be able to restring my girl, who's been needing it badly since I got her. Thanks again! (By the way, your puppies are so adorable!! Is Ifrit named after the Final Fantasy character? That is such a cool name for a dog. <3)
@famedglory & Lexagon: So it's just a matter of knowing where things go and not feeling like it's a really daunting task then, huh? I feel better knowing that first time restringing takes time for other people, too, though! For me, this is like the final frontier of customization...unless I ever decide to try heavy modifications, which never really crossed my mind...yet. XP
I really wanted to try it tonight, but right now, his chest and arms (which are still loosely attached) are part of a still life setup that I'm using for drawing class homework. If I move him, I'll have to start over, and I already put about 2 hours into that drawing. >_< I should have picked something else to add to the setup, but he just looked so interesting in it... XP Hopefully, I'll get time in a couple of days!
