She is absolutely amazing -- that is, both doll and artist!! Kudos too to Frank for his photography. I am envious of all your skills!! Fabulous work on this wonderful doll.

She's a beautiful girl! The face up you gave her along with the eyes, lashes and wig make her look amazingly human. Keep up the fantastic work!

Evelien wrote:I'm impressed, she's stunning and your faceup has a lot to do with that. Beautiful.

Thank you, Evelien. She turned out so nice that I actually ended up coveting her! :D

Greyhaunt wrote:Beautiful work! It's so tragic to see a doll as beautiful as an iplehouse be so abused, and you've really brought her back to life!

Thank you, Greyhaunt. I'm glad she turned out okay because I was sweating it for a while I was working on her!

EAB wrote:She is stunning! Your work is wonderful.

Thank you, EAB!

landwhale wrote:YOu bring up a good point Greyhaunt. I wonder what happened to the poor girl. Perhaps the cat got to her? Considering how pricey BJDs are and that IH dolls are some of the most expensive, it's odd that she got so damaged.

I bet if she could talk, she'd have quite the tale to tell, eh?

SetsunaKou wrote:WOW!! :faints: That's incredible! It doesn't even seem like she's the same head!!!! Your faceup work and detailing is astoundingly gorgeous!! She looks so REAL! Great work!!! Bravo!!!!!!!!

Thank you, SetsunaKou! I think I have really come to like doing faceups on the darker skin tones. It's a completely different color palette.

Thank you, claywimmin! It is so nice to share this hobby with Frank. And to be honest, he's the one that got me into it! LOL!

 I surely wish I could work this magic on myself! If I figure it out, I'll give you a ring! LOL!
