She's VERY easy to pose. She wont' stand alone at all because silicone is very heavy, but I think her skeleton is a bit like an armature skeleton. I know it's made of various materials, metal and urathane amongst them, but no matter what position you put her in, she'll stay as long as you can brace her gravity-wise. I bought finger wire for her, but they only go half way down her fingers, so her last knuckle isn't posable :/ and since she is silicone, her feet look lovely when you point her toes, but that's just the ankle joint movement and the silicone adjusting around the movement makes it smooth. The feet and toes themselves have no skeletal joints in them, so you can't bend them to curve like ballerina feet. But everything else about her is wonderful. She can arch her back, slouch forward or lean side to side all along her spine very nicely. Her neck will also move just about any way you would want it to.
the only thing I worry about is the durability of the silicone. For instance, if you leave her in a standing position very often, the skeleton can begin wearing through the feet. Also, if you leave silicone creased too long ( believe it's quite a while though, like weeks), like an elbow or knee joint bent far enough to create a crease, that crease will crack and tear eventually when you unbend the joint.
One other thing I reaaally hate about silicone is that EVERYTHING sticks to it! Every single stray piece of lint, hair, thread or fur... and since silicone is a bit rubbery, it's hard to pick the dirt off! Powdering them can help a bit, but of course that's a bit messy for wherever you leave her, and for the clothes that you put her in.
You'll notice her feet are a teensy bit small and that's because since silicone is rubbery, her feet wouldn't be able to slip into 1/3rd size shoes so easily. They have to be smaller to wear the same sizes without having a hard time squeezing them in.
For some more poses, you can see some pics on jeerymaya's ebay page where i bought her:
