Thanks everyone! I went to visit Myrretah yesterday and I got some pictures of Lilium next to the original, and I'll post those once I find the ones that aren't blurry lol~

Haha yeah he was being rather stoic in humoring me. Especially considering the "toga" is one of my flow-y girlie girl blouses that I pinned in place.

I forgot to post these like...two weeks ago. Ooops. Lilium next to Cain. He borrowed Shy's body again, and Cain is on Myrretah's in-progress body.

The in progress body looks like it will be beautiful! Definitely a unique sculpt.

Very cool, and major kudos to Myrretah (did I spell that right? I have a hard time with that name for some reason!). In all the hundreds of doll sculpts out there it's hard to come up with something really original, but she has done a great job of it. He looks fantastic and very original. I can't wait to see her finished product and I wish she would post the progress pictures here.

lol you spelled it right, and she's already a member here at the sanctuary, but she hasn't posted much! She's afraid ya'll won't like Cain and she doesn't believe me when I say she'd be welcomed! (And yes she totally watches this topic)

I agree, Lamia, they both totally look worried. Cain is very expressive; he can look grumpy or angry or gosh darned pleased with himself. I'm happy Myrr let me have a copy of him, to play with. It was a lot of fun to paint Lilium, and I'm really happy with how he came out. I can't wait til she finishes the elf-eared version but then I'm a sucker for pointy eared fellows.

Myrretah what the hell is wrong with you???? OF COURSE we like him, he's amazing!!!! So you better start posting him OR ELSE!
