No, he should be completely fine. Cold temperatures shouldn't really do anything to him. In extreme cold the elastic stringing will become stretchier so posing can become trickier and the eye putty might not do as good a job holding the eyes in place if his head gets bumped. In extreme heat the elastic can become brittle and tighten a bit and the resin might yellow. So, you wouldn't want to leave him in a hot car in the summer. But a walk to the park in that temperature range won't doing anything.
